Background and history of the network

1940s in the United States a study that wants to use a computer simultaneously. Similarly, when the Internet was introduced, most stand-alone LAN started contact and forming a giant network of world level, which is called the WAN (Word Area Network).

Generally, a computer network consisting of five types:
1. Local Area Network (LAN), a private network inside a building or campus-sized to several kilometers.
2. Metropolitan Area Network (MAN), Includes corporate offices are situated near or also a town and can be used for private purposes (private) or public.
3. Wide Area Network (WAN), Its scope covers a wide geographical area, often covering a country or even continent.
4. Internet, Network world.
5. Wireless, Network wirelessly.
